Modello Homes follows and supports the guidelines of the Tarion Warranty Corporation, a legally, supported body that administers or represents the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, in accordance with provincial law. By law, every builder in Ontario must be registered with Tarion. Every new home must be enrolled before construction begins.
For over 30 years, Ontario homes have been protected by this comprehensive, private warranty program that currently covers over 1.45 million new homes. The warranty protects your investment, covering issues such as deposit protection, security against defects in workmanship and materials.
